**Terms and Conditions - Sleepy Lodge Accommodation**
**Booking & Reservations:**
1. **Reservation Confirmation:** A valid credit/debit card is required to secure a reservation. Full payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise stated in special packages or offers.
2. **Cancellation Policy:** Guests must notify Sleepy Lodge of any cancellations at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid cancellation charges. Failure to do so may result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the total booking cost.
**Check-in & Check-out:**
3. **Check-in Time:** Check-in time is from 3pm onwards. Early check-ins are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. **Check-out Time:** Guests are required to vacate their rooms by 11am. Late check-outs may be accommodated upon request and subject to availability, with possible extra charges.
**Accommodation Policies:**
5. **Occupancy:** Maximum occupancy per flat is 6 adults. Additional guests beyond this limit may incur supplementary charges or may not be accommodated.
6. **Smoking Policy:** Sleepy Lodge is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. Any violation will result in additional cleaning charges.
7. **Damages & Losses:** Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property, including but not limited to rooms, facilities, or amenities. Sleepy Lodge reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs.
**Liability & Responsibility:**
8. **Guest Belongings:** Sleepy Lodge is not liable for the loss or damage of guests' personal belongings. Secure valuables in provided safes or lockboxes.
9. **Guest Conduct:** Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner, refraining from disruptive behavior that may disturb other guests. Sleepy Lodge reserves the right to evict any guest violating this policy without refund.
**General Policies:**
10. **Pets:** Unless specified otherwise, pets are not permitted on the premises.
11. **Facilities & Amenities:** Certain amenities and facilities may be subject to seasonal availability or maintenance. Sleepy Lodge cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to all facilities.
